Smart ICT Factory was founded by me, Ian Denny, in 2009.

I quit telemarketing in my early 20’s.

"There has to be a better way of getting business I speculated?"

I couldn't take the constant rejection. So I studied marketing.

Firstly, the academic side to get my qualification. But back in the real world, the text-book marketing simply doesn't work at a cost a small business can afford.

After reading and studying books - my favourite being Commonsense Direct and Interactive Marketing (Drayton Bird), the small business I worked for at the time started to prosper as the business flooded in.

The next business I worked for saw their turnover double. After running my own businesses, I've taken a back-seat to concentrate full time on my passion.

I now help small businesses increase their sales without cold-calling. I now either show you or a colleague how to do it for yourself, or, do it for you. ESPECIALLY in today's challenging climate where keeping the cash flowing is essential, find out out how I can help by getting in touch.
